Somatic Meditation as a form of therapy is inspired by Swan MIchelle’s certification with Dr. Joe Dispenza, basic neuroscience, Yoga Nidra & trauma informed yoga.
This is both an education and an experience of full body lying down meditation for releasing survival and the energy of the past from the body and out of your nervous system, allowing you to feel more presence, growth, regeneration and far more energy.
In this class, will will focus on:
Metacognition- The ability to be the observer
Watching our behavior
Power to observe our thoughts
Self awareness
Releasing limited beliefs from the body
It is encouraged that you read “Breaking The Habit of Being Yourself” by Dr. Joe Dispenza
No experience with meditation is necessary as this is both an educational course and and experience of honoring the body in a meditative state.
